그 도시 복판에 몰몬 성전이 자리잡고 있다.
몰몬 성전에 11632개의 파이프를 가진 오르간이 있고
그곳 음향은 아주 세미한 소리도 멀리 퍼져나가는 특성을 가지고 있다.
핀 떨어지는 소리나 종이 찢는 소리도 뒤까지 들린다.
이곳 신도들이 모여 이룬 합창단이 Mormon Tabernacle Choir이다.
이들은 매주 정기적으로 연주회를 갖는다고 한다.
